By placing your order, you are accepting the purchase terms as outlined below.
Our swimwear is made to order, unless we have available stock (I.E: sale items, accessories, printed materials & etcetera). Processing takes about 2 weeks for out of stock items (see FAQ page for more details). Orders in the United States and U.S. Territories are shipped via USPS Priority. We will need recipient’s signature at the time of delivery. Orders outside of the U.S. are shipped USPS Global Express. We reserve the right to use substitute carriers for these destinations, depending on availability of services. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for delays resulting from your country's customs inspections. We are also not responsible for import taxes, duties or other collections. (*We use USPS Global Express for overseas shipping which is fast, reliable, insured, and trackable to prevent loss or theft. If you prefer another method of overseas shipment, please pay with money order and we will ship your requested way.) Additional shipping time may be necessary during holidays and weekends. This is beyond our control. If you need your suit within a certain time-frame, please e-mail us to arrange for a faster means of shipment or to arrange in-house rush services for your order, if available. Don't forget to include specifics in your e-mail, including your order number, shipping location, dates, and item numbers. **Please note that we may contact you if the billing and shipping information do not match up.
Orders may be exchanged, if they are reported upon receipt for authorization, and shipped back for exchange within 7 days of receipt - IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL TAGS. (Altered, soiled or damaged goods are unavailable for exchange-PLEASE wear a liner and be free of perfume, body lotion, ambient smoke smell etc when trying on your order) *Packages with no authorization will be refused and returned.
To exchange your order (within 7 days of receipt only), e-mail us at info@colleenkellyswimwear.com for authorization -(please provide name on order, date of order, item number(s) ordered, date received and reason for exchange as well as item for exchange. Instructions for sending back the item, including authorization code and return address, will be emailed once it has been verified that the order is available for exchange. Please note that our receiving address for exchanges may be different from our business address on invoices. Do not send returns directly back to the shipping center address listed on the original shipping label. This will result in the package being returned to you and will cause an unnecessary delay in the processing of your request.
